This film festival is aimed at creating exposure for new and emerging filmmakers and their films. We are looking at creating opportunities for them whilst also forging connections for those films, we also promote diversity within the industry and the content that's being created. Our first festival went off smoothly and we were proud to pronounce 'Dark Cloud' a documentary about a Native American man in Bristol as our first winner and recipient of our £500 Procam voucher. We ran this festival for a full year and even set up a partnership with online streaming site 'Indee+' that included allowing our selected films being put up on their streaming site and having our own dedicated area to stream live Q&As and trailers for said films.
